Jonnie posted an update in the group Poor or Disabled Preppers I'm in the Cincinnati area and all my friends are younger, healthier and more financially able than me. They also think I'm crazy for doing the things I've been gearing up for these past few years. They believe it "won't happen" in my lifetime. Yeah, whatever. lol I'm disabled with diabetes for 25 years and MS but I'm prepping. I have 6 months worth of insulin and a way to keep it safe. I can only walk on flat ground for maybe 15-20 minutes, otherwise I have to use my cane/chair and stop maybe every 10 minutes. I have a BOB and a cart to transport more "stuff" if I have to and my car somehow becomes useless. I'll lean on my cart or sit on my BOB when I have to. lol What I've also done is invest in a $40 dehydrator and a #30 vacuum sealer. This is week 1 of drying and putting away foodstuffs for a SHTF scenario. I bought a .22 rifle and a 9 mm pistol on layaway (took me almost a year for the both of them but there is always a way) and got my concealed carry license. I don't
